About Us.

Our terms and conditions are governed by English law and apply from when we provide you with a booking reference via our website or by phone in exceptional cases. Both Parties (You and Us) agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. When we talk about  'us', ‘we’ etc, we mean Parkingzone Limited (co no: 11502152) with Registered Address: Suite 13, 95 Miles Road, Mitcham, England, CR4 3FH.

These terms only apply to Parkingzone bookings made directly through our website, app, or via Parkingzone contact centre or through an affiliate partner of Parkingzone using the Parkingzone booking website/engine. We act as a booking agent for the companies that provide or operate the travel products we sell on our website. Your contract for the provision of these travel products will be with the applicable provider of them, and they have their terms and conditions. These are available upon request or you can access them via their website. Bookings made via a third-party partner website are subject to the terms and conditions set out on that website.

By booking with Parkingzone Ltd you have agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions which are governed by English law and apply from when we provide you with a booking reference. You agree to be subject to the decisions of the courts in England.

1.0  Before You Make a Booking

We endeavour to provide you with as much relevant and accurate information as possible about each booking option available. The companies that provide the holiday packages, air tickets, hotels, car parks, lounges, and car hire we sell will have their terms and conditions, which will also apply to you. Once you book, our role is as an intermediary between you and the product provider, sharing the booking details with the provider and sending you a booking reference number by email on behalf of the provider.

As regards Airport Car Parking, we deal with Multiple car park providers nationally so have a wide and varied range of options and prices that can change. Please read the parking product details carefully before you decide which option best suits your needs and budget. We cannot accept any refund claims based on a lack of information that is presented in the product details on the website.

Parkingzone Ltd acts as an Agent for the carefully selected car park providers featured on the website. Your parking contract will be with the individual car park provider and will be subject to their Terms & Conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company's liability. (full details of each car park’s Terms & Conditions are available from the individual car park provider). Your e-mail confirmation will state the name of the car park provider you have been booked with.

All prices include VAT and are constantly updated so we can give you the best deal available at the time. The price we’ve offered you may go up or down if you come back to book later. Make sure you book the package you want when you see it, so we can guarantee you’ll pay the price you’ve seen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on any bookings at an incorrect price.

If you use a discount code when looking at our products, the discount will be noted on each package it applies to. If you want to take advantage of your discount, make sure you book a package that states your discount can be applied.

Please ensure that you take:

  • Directions to the car park
  • Telephone number of the car park
  • The Booking Reference and/or Booking Confirmation Voucher
  • The credit or debit card that you paid for the booking with (some car parks use the credit card to automate entry and exit).

If you do not follow the correct arrival/ entry or exit procedures or fail to show your booking voucher you may be charged by the car park. Parkingzone will not be able to obtain a refund on your behalf.

You must arrive at your car park with plenty of time to spare. Any missed bookings, flights or other problems arising from being late cannot be recompensed by Parkingzone.

Most airports charge a fee for Pick Up and Drop-offs. This fee varies between airports hence please check the airport policy on this online. The fee is payable directly to the airport or to the provider at the time of entry/exit. This is NOT included in your booking fee.

Possessions and Keys

Some parking services will require you to leave your ignition keys. This is perfectly normal and safe and allows for a more efficient parking service. You will see whether you will need to leave your keys on the parking information when you book. Remove all possessions and leave only the keys/codes required for your vehicle.

You must ensure that before leaving your vehicle it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and has a valid MOT if applicable. The car parking company's drivers are fully insured by the service provider.

5.0 Collecting Your Car (Pick-Up)

Car park providers accept liability for proven acts of negligence to the extent of their Terms & Conditions hence please read and understand these T&C’s. For Park & Ride, and Meet & Greet parking options, claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site, so it is important to check your vehicle before you leave the car park or terminal and report any concerns to the car park provider directly.

6.0 Parking Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem at your car park, you must inform the provider before you leave. Some providers will NOT accept complaints once you have collected your vehicle and have left the car park. In other instances, complaints will be more difficult to manage once your vehicle has left the site. Service providers will generally try to resolve any issues before you leave the car park.

If you are not satisfied with the service provider's response then put any outstanding issues in writing to Parkingzone within 10 days of your return date. It is important to include as much detail as possible about your complaint. Please send your complaint to: - Parkingzone Ltd, Office F Suite, 8 Kelvin Way, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9SE, or Email: [email protected].

You should receive a reply within 10 working days of receipt of your complaint. We will do our utmost to manage your complaint, however, Parkingzone will NOT be liable in any way due to the issue you have with the car park provider.

Limitation of Liability

The total liability for Parkingzone Ltd to the client for any claims arising from the use of the website is limited to the cost of the client's booking including both parking and booking fees paid to Parkingzone Ltd.

We cannot accept liability under any circumstances for factors outside of our control where the performance of this contract is prevented. These include, but are not limited to reasons for war, threats of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions etc. Changes or termination of your contract due to force majeure are extremely unlikely. If, however, such major events do occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refund of payments for services not received.
